Constant vibration at all speeds in front

My 2001 mazda 626 is making a bumping noise in the front end. the tires do not appear to be showing uneven wear. the noise gets louder the faster it goes. Thanks in advance

check ur toe in/ tou out ur both front tire, wheel alignment
