03 accord check engine light

Well this sucks! Just out of warranty and I've got to deal with this. I jumped the terminal to get my codes. I assume my code is 5 because the check engine light flashed 6 times slowly, then 5 times fast. Is this correct? Thanks.

After some more research, looks like I have a code 65?

Your vehicle is OBD-II compliant. You need to read your codes using a scan tool. In California you can do it for free in Autozone. I do not know if you have this free sevices in New York, but that what you have to do: read your codes with a scan tool.

P.S. By the way, some codes caused by emissions devices are covered for a longer peirods.

I think Honda covers cat converter faults for 150,000 miles...That would be nice. I've got a call into them right now.

I think Honda covers cat convertor faults for 150,000 miles...I called Honda and they said the converter is covered to 80000 miles but not the sensors. PO421 is an O2 sensor isn't it?
