CRV 2005 A/T vibrates at idle

My CRV starts light vibration at D when I slowly take brake off and try to drive slow at idle.It goes forward .but not smoothly... like power comes in pulses.Higher speed no problem.This problem started at 40.000.Anyone had same problem ?
