I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get the front calipers off of my '92 3.0 Ranger. Autozone instructions list three different types of caliper pins for '91-99, and they basically say that you have to hammer the bolt through with a punch, and then cut the bolt head off with a hacksaw. They also say that you have to be careful not to damage the v-grooves when doing this. I'm really not seeing the bolt/nut configuration that they are referring to when I look at the caliper, and am wondering if anyone has experienced this before. THANKS VERY MUCH for any help that you can give me.

My 94 ranger has 2 little angle iron pieces about 4" long with rubber sandwiched between them. To get these out you knock them out the back with a punch or a screwdriver. Ive never cut anything off with a hacksaw. seem like you would ruin the piece you cut off, These bolts you knock out arent bolts but are out these rubber and metal pin things 4" by 1/2" in diameter roughly
