02 Explorer HomeLink

Hey all,

I was hoping one of you could help me with getting my HomeLink system repaired. I have the factory homelink, but since I bought my Explorer Sep. 06 it has not worked. The lights do not come on and programming it as per the manual does not work either. Does anyone know of a way to get this serviced or replaced? Or perhaps there is a good way to see if there is power to the unit?
