98 Wrangler Crank / No Start

98 Wrangler, 4cyl automatic. Battery dead overnight. Now cranks but won't fire. I see people talking about crank sensor, but what about SKIS (sentry key imobilizer system) ? If the battery goes completely dead (no lights whatsoever...) does this have to be reset?
