1/24 Revell kit. Everything came out pretty well, but are those tires supposed to be that far apart? The seem wrong to me, but they couldin't go on any further.....anyways, enjoy.

Egad, Marlboro livery?!?!? Look out for the feds coming after you. I am kidding but it is a shame that these liveries are going to become scarce in the future. Save for the ones who can print of course. But, this is about your model.
I love it. I looked at a few reference pics and the wheels do indeed look to far off of the hub. I have never built the kit, but is there anyway post completion to mill the inner hubs or even brakes to make it fit better?

The rears don't look too bad. But this is a Revell, lol
Great CF work as well. The weave looked to big at first, but then it really seemed to flow well after looking more. Great job on the whole model!!!

Looks great! It's nice to see more Revell F1's on here :)
As for the rims - I believe some people shorten the hubs inside the rims to get the wheels to not stick out. You can probably use some sort of grinding tool to accomplish this.

Nice build, I built one recently but destroyed the front suspension trying to put the wheels on.
Its fixable but I will get around to it when I have forgiven it.

Thanks for pics and the tips. I'm borrowing my brothers Dremmel. And will post altered pics. Only reason I didn't think of it, was the intructions indicated that the tires were supposed to be that way. They still looked wrong to me. Ah well......

Nice model, but 1/24th is not the best scale for F1, I'm sure that at 1/20th you will make wonderful models.

Marcelo.
