Do you guys know if a turbo exhman fits on a non-turbo 4g63 block?
I am talking about a 1G Eclipse/Talon.

Yes it will fit just fine. Both the NT and turbo head are almost the same except the cams and I think the turbo head has a feed line for the turbo.
