When warm, the engine idles around 750. If I am moving and I place I shift into neutral and let go of the gas, the tach drops to either 1250 or 1500 other times. It only drops to 750 when I make a COMPLETE stop. What could be the problem?

If the TPS was bad, I would get a CEL for it....which is 12. I have no CELs.
