1997 Suburban How To Replace Fuel Injectors

I'm plannning on replacing the fuel injectors 5.7 eng. Bought the inj. system on line and it came with no instructions or gaskets. Any help would be appreciated, and what gaskets will I need. I have called 3 parts stores, and I've gotten a different answer from each with a price range from $19-$65. This is my only auto so I'd like to get all parts prior to starting the job.
