94 Bonneville - braking causes dash, marker lights to turn on

When I push the brake pedal the dash lights and exterior marker lights including the fog lights (not headlights) turn on. Brake light works fine. All lights work normally otherwise when I turn them on at night. It seems that there should be a crossed wire somewhere.
