2002 envoy not heating up

I just replaced the drive belt on my 2002 envoy and now it takes 10 minutes to warm up to 155 degrees but that's as high as the temp goes. I got an error code saying the engine temp was below acceptable levels.....any thoughts? Thank you.

Easy one, replace the thermostat.
