D4 light blinks and car barely moves

I have just recently replaced my timing belt on my 93 accord it now barely moves in gear.The D4 light blinks to but i cant figure it out ive done the code check and it says its the TDC sensor.The trans doesnt slip or make any weird noises so i dont think its the trans i also pulled the TCM it appeared to be ok im really lost help me.

Sounds like the sprockets are clocked wrong, did you rotate the engine through a few revs and verify timing marks before putting it back together?
If the cam(s) are off a tooth or too, they will idle ok but run flat as hell and have low manifold vacuum and no power...

A TDC sensor fault can make it go into limp mode and not rev past 3500 rpm...is that what's happening?

its not doing it anymore i did a test drive the other day and its stoped i even checked the codes and nothin came up thanks for the help though

The motor still idles high when i crank it up and when i put it into gear it goes by itself faster than normal. It kinda seems like its slower than it was before the timing belt broke. But the check engine light isn't coming on too
