BCM, 97 Voyager 3.0?

I've got an instrument cluster problem(No guages, but back light work) with ABS light ON, left turn signal sometimes doesn't work, and intermmitent wiper problem at the same time.
Resoldering, IOD fuse, even smacking the board don't work for me.

So I've come to the conclution with my bad BCM.
Just a question before getting to a junk yard.

My car runs great and all fuctions such as ABS, low gas warning beep sound works correctly.
My question is that the BCM is just for sending signals to the cluster and switchs? Not cotrol all fuctions?
Does it make sense all functions work correctly with a bad BCM except no guages?

many caravans have this problem and if you let it go your guages and spedo etc wont work. take out the 4 screws that hold on the a/c stuff and unplug it and inspect for a burnt terminal I JUST did one 5 min ago. Clean it up and plug back in or get one from the junkyard
