I have a 95 GA and the heat is only blowing out the vents in the dash. I replaced the mode switch and that did not fix the problem. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Check the mode door and actuator. Also check for vacuum leaks that could render it inoperable.

Sounds like the blend door is not functioning correctly.
Did you notice any thing disconnected when you serviced the modul ?

This is a common problem.
Open the hood and follow the vacuum hose (probably hard plastic) coming out of the dash/firewall near the passenger side and look for breaks.
Hint - it's most likely broken up front, drivers side, near the battery. I think the layout of this hose has it rubbing on a piece of sheet metal near the battery mount and it eventually breaks it. You should find both pieces, snip a bit off each to get a clean end and patch it with a piece of vacuum hose.

Taking pictures of something else today, so I snapped a picture of where I fixed it in my car (95 GA). Yours might not be broken in the same spot but it's a place to start!
