97 Grand Voyager 3.3 . Just replaced the starter because of a no start ( solinoid single click). No improvement. Battery is strong . Any idea where to proceed to next? Thanks in advance.

It might be corrosion in the wires or in the terminals. Check the grounds and also remove a bit of insulation and see if there is blue-green/white powder corrosion under the cable. If it's there replace the wire/cable.
The rule is usually:
One click, solenoid needs work.
Rapid clicking, battery needs replacing.
Are you sure the replacement solenoid is good?

As always, good luck with your project!

Like already said, clean battery terminals and then put a volt meter (15 VDC) on the battery and take a reading, should see 12.0 VDC. Then, while keeping the volt meter on the battery have some one crank her over and see what the volt meter reads, you need to see 11.0 to 11.5 VDC or the battery is not holdning a charge.
