Does anybody know what to do about my crazy turn signals. It seems that they pick their own blinking speed at random and sometimes just don't work. also with my hazards on the right from bulb won't work at all, however, like i said, it usally works by itself when I go to turn. anybody have some ideas?

what year is it? most cars blink faster on the side with a light out.
