Wheel Alignment

I have a 84 Fiero that I just got done doing a clutch job on. The problem I have is that the car pulls hard to the right when I'm driving and the backend swerves when I go above 35mph. Do you know what the cause or fix is? I think the camber on the rear wheels is positive. Thanks.

Good luck, I'm pretty sure all the Fiero's are gone in the world. Sorryhttp://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/images/icons/icon9.gif

No, the Fieros are not "gone". There's actually quite a "following". Many clubs, a few resto outlets, etc.
Any time you disassemble the rear suspension, the car REQUIRES a "4-wheel" alignment. Marking the position of the struts prior to disassembly can help, but it isn't exact. Alignment specs need to be "exact".

Got 8 of em at our shop, including an 88 GT, in various states of condition, all except one were damaged.

Is it possible to do a real wheel alignment in my garage or must I take it to a shop? And if I can do it in my garage, how can I figur it out?

Take it to a shop to have it done. Personally, I'd tow it there to avoid an accident.

At best you may get the toein close with a homemade tram gage, after that it takes more tools and a thorough understanding of suspension principles.
