srt-4 gauges

is it possible to put srt-4 gauges in a 98 r/t would the steering wheel work as well or would it be easier to put the whole dash in out of a srt-4

You have to swap in the SRT-4 engine as well with the gauges. It won't work with the 95-99 engines. All 2000 and up clusters are bus data and the 95-99 neons don't have that capability.
