Clutch Job

I am in need of a clutch. I plan to use the JWT PP and Stock CD. I have been shopping around town and they want $250-$380 to install the clutch. (is this too much?)
The only Shop I trust wants $380, But I think this is just too much cash for labor only. This shop also offered me a HP clutch (made by a local shop) for $680 installed with a 12 warranty. But I am not sure about going this route.
I was wondering how difficult would it be to install the clutch myself. Would it be recommend for some with slighty good mechanical skills.
Or can some recommend a shop near Pomona, CA that is honest and cheap.
