some of you may remember me posting a thread about me purchasing a pte scm 54 trim off ebay with a exhaust manifold. Well I paid for it and never got it. Nope they never sent it. I started a dispute through paypal and won but they only gave me half of my money back. WEll I'm fuckin pissed that is all.

Same as me from dsmtrader, I send the moneys and never receive the item, this is was in march 2007, now I still pisses.

Happened to me on a turbo from dsmtrader I think. 3 months and never saw it, the guy kept saying he was going to ship it. Contacted paypal and they said there was nothing they could do. It was over like 45 days. My dad called them and they said they will see what they could do. 1 week and nothing, he called the credit card company and they had it back in our acount the next day.

Yea that sucks. Luckily I haven't been fucked over yet when buying off the net....well except for MachV.com

I really dont remember man. But you might want to contact yours if thats how you paid for it. If you used a bank account I guess you are SOL. Good luck with it though. At least you got 1/2 of it back.

I just checked I did pay with it straight from my account. Yea its not so much the loss of the money... I was really looking forward to that turbo :(

I got screwed out of $250 back in 2003 and I filed a complaint online at the Department of Justice's website, I think it was. I gave them all the info I had on the guy as well as what happened. Turns out almost 2 years later I get a letter from the DOJ in the mail telling me that "Matt" was arrested and was going to court over this incident. The DOJ kept updating me on his case through letters and he eventually went to jail for a few months.

Well, I had ordered from them twice with no problems. But I ordered from them again, and it was just terrible. They didn't send my crap out one time, I finally got my parts like 2 weeks late (after I called them and cussed them). But when I did call them they said that the reason it was taking so long was because one of my parts was on backorder....but when I originally ordered the crap noone told me that the parts were on backorder, even after I specifally asked them if everything was in stock. And after I finally got all my crap,...the cam gear I ordered was the wrong one! So I called them and told them they sent me the wrong part. They tried to tell me that it wasnt their fault, that I ordered the wrong part. WTF? I was like well, I'ma send this back and y'all gotta send me the right part. They told me I couldnt return it because it was a backordered part....when I didnt even know the son of a bitch was backorder in the first place....I said well I'm sending back...they told me I could send it back if I wanted to but I wasnt going to get my money back....:uhoh: . They told me to "sell it locally"..why the hell would I want to do that? I asked to talk to the head of the joint, and fussed at him to...I talked to so many different people, and quite frankly every body was an asshole, and nobody wanted to help the customer that just gave them his money. In their mind it wasnt there fault and "theres nothing they could do". So I'm stuck with a part I can't use and I'm SOL on 180 bucks. So I was just like Fuck y'all. But I couldnt let it go so I called them back and told em off somemore until finally he told me to send it back...so I sent the part back and ordered the right one from cardomain (which is a great place to order from! BTW). When I got my credit card statement back, machv had shorted me like $40 off my return. So I havent fucked with them since. And what should have only took me a week to do to my car...took me 3 weeks because of their BS. Overall it was just a terrible ordering experiece, and they acted like they didnt give a F*** about me, what ever happened to customer service? Plus Machv's crap is really high compared to other places.

I once tried buying a book online and never received it...that sucked pretty bad, good thing it only cost like 6 bucks off ebay.

That sucks man, I feel ya though. I got screwed out of like $700 like 3 years ago for a built-to-hell head that I never recieved. I still get shit every now and then about the case, but I don't think I'll ever see that money back.
