Push starts but wont key start

94 Geo Prizm, good battery, crank but will not start, here is the kicker, throw it in gear and push start it and it fires on the first revolution. WTF, been everywhere on electrical.:banghead::banghead::banghead::shakehea d:shakehead:shakehead:shakehead:screwy::screwy::sc rewy:

starter solinoid has a secondary wire feeding the ignition control module while in the start /crank mode.....try replacing the starter solinoid....should cure problem
