I'd say, Lightning McQueen, Doc Hudson, Mater, and maybe Sally Carrera.

Mazda Rx-7 Hands down....

Ferrari F40 as well as the Lamborghini contach. I also like the very wild styling of the TVR Sagaris it really does have a presence about it.
