Autocross preludes?

Is the prelude a good car to autocross with some work, i'm selling my civic and i want to continue to race but the car i want is a 94 prelude SI

yeah, in general preludes are great for autox. but they're a little on the heavy side. there are better cars for autox like the ITR that are a little lighter on its feet than preludes. which you need in those tight corners. you can throw around the ITR a little easier than preludes. a nice step up from the civic though and much better handling.
