2.3 trubo swap for 302 fuel injection

I have an 85 cougar xr7 that had a 2.3 trubo i recently bought a 84 lincon for the 302 and wiring. i was just wondering what do i have to do to make the engine work in my cougar. i'm not sure the harness will just will just go to the fire wall and everything will be fine or is there alot more to do?

I know that the computer in your cougar will not work with the 302 out of the lincoln, as far as the harness im not sure, try to salvage what you can from the lincoln ie harness, computer.
