2000 sportage has me boggle read

hello to all
my 2000 kia sportage 2wdrive 2.0 engine has me boggle
the car die on me replase fuel pump crank sensor new plugs,fuel filter,o2 sensor
timing jump 2 tooth on the intake side re-aligne timing belt car starts but lack of power drove it for half of the day like this very annoying due to no pick up or pep unless keeping the revs up in the 4000rpm.well i took a look at the triming belt again been that it felt like off a tooth well evrything is fine but now the car won't start at all took fuel hose off crank engine over plenty of fuel coming out. then i check the spark on cyl # 1 it has spark it starts out strong arc then it look small.?? any adviuce or help is apreciated thanks:screwy: :screwy: :screwy:

In any case, if your engine has more than 70,000 miles on the timing belt, it needs a new one at once. HOwever, the slip you experienced is not supposed to have damaged anything as this engine is non-interference.
Going past 70,000 miles on the belt is looking for being stranded in the middle of nowhere...tested by many...some info: www.geocities.com/lmp4203/kiasport/TimingBelt.zip
Now,... having no torque below 4000 ...is just like mine. I'm sure you mean it is worse than before....any trouble code set?

no the only code it had was for bank 1 o2 sensor i change the belt about a year ago it probably jump because the belt stretch a little and the tensioner
on this cars suck but like i stated before timing marks are line up perfect
i have fuel and spark the 3 major thing for it to run i even did the grounds

HOw did this end up ?
