Hey Everyone I have a 2004 SRT-4 and I need some help, Ok so I have an Injen Cold Air, Needswing catless downpipe, X02 Racing Hard Piping with BOV, and a turboXS Manual Boost Controller with the boost set to about 14 or 15 and I also just dropped my car about an 1.5" Where should I go from there? oh and I have a turbo timer but it only turns on when it gets really really really really cold outside and usually once the engine is heated up and has been for a while it will turn off randomly any ideas on that also? Oh and I'm not completely sure but I just went out and popped off my cover and see injectors with blue stripes which I'm pretty sure is stage 1 mopar but I'm not completely sure...

The blue stripe injectors are s1's. The turbo timer may have a faulty connection or the timer itself may be bad...most likely a bad ground. You could look into getting a larger intercooler or hard piping...possibly also water injection.

I already have hard piping from my throttle body to my intercooler is there other piping you suggest switching to hard piping or was that all you were talking about? and as far as getting a new Intercooler if I went bigger would I have to mess with the bumper or cut anything or could I just take that foam peice above the stock one out and it'd pretty much fit in there?

Theres one more piece of intercooler piping going from the turbo to the intercooler...it's located underneath the car. If you went to a larger intercooler you would have to take off the foam piece, crash bar underneath it and install the new intercooler. It's pretty easy overall.

alright I'm not completely sure but I think I already have hard piping from the other side of the intercooler up to the turbo, but ya I figured it would be pretty easy to put in the intercooler do you recommend anything when I'm taking the bumper off? like are there any plastic snap ins or anything that can break really easy? other than that since I have stage 1 injectors shouldn't I be able to put in the stage 1 ECU and push my boost up to like 19 lbs?? or do I need to do more?
