Yo, I have a 93.5 P10, and I replaced the front speakers with some Boston 4x6s and I think they kinda suck. I have Boston 6.5s in the back, and they kick ass. I bought another pair of 6.5s for the front, and I know it is going to be tough, but how can I get them in there?

I used vice grips to bend the metal in a bit. So far so good :D

dude...
you would probably want a good installation with the bostons 6.5...
are they the pros or the rallys?
anyway bostons do sound very nice.....with a good installation it is..esp with the pros series.
you can probably get away from it with the rallys. But if you can ...try to build a custom door pod for it...make sure it is nicely sealed..that will...the speakers will give a lot more bass if you can do that.

are you referring to the metal door????????

like- ok- take off the black 4x6 holder and then just drill straight into the door???

i was thinking about doing that but i was REALLY REALLY worried that my windows wouldn't be able to go down- (protrusion from magnet blocking window travel)

how did everything work with you?? and yes- please clarify what metal u bent... (a picture would save you a thousand words)

I put 4.5 componets in the doors and new tweeters in the stock tweeter position...they sound great.
