It's actually pretty easy to replace.
Once you get the door panel off it just unbolts.
You may just have a track problem, there is a track the glass
rides in on each end, that track is bolted to the door with a oversize
hole to allow some adjustment.
You'll have to remove the door panel to access any of it,
then check it in motion, I sometimes loosen the track bolts and
watch them as the glass moves.
Also make sure the glass is bolted to the bottom track in 2 places.
If one fails then that could be your problem.
You have to raise the glass up a few inches from the bottom to
expose the bottom mounting bolts in the openings of the door.
You'll just have to get in there and check everything out,
it should be pretty easy to figure out.:)

.Mine needed repair as well. the junkyard wanted 150 so I found One on ebay for 47 bucks new. Its not hrd but the proper tool for popping thew plastic ancors that secure the door panel helps.

hmm mine recently been doing the same thing on my driver side.. I kinda think it has to do with the winter weather? I live in FL so we don't have that much of a winter but every time we get a cold front or some moisture in the air it goes off track. I had to open it up and put it back on track like 4 times since October. so I'm guessing it has to do something with the rubber on the side tracks. it seems like the front track isn't moving as fast as the rear and is pushing the rear of the glass up and out moving the front off track.. so I would say u should check that and take notice to how its goin off track.
