Got a can of Gunze Mr Wax today. It's an aerosol. How do I use it?
I tried spraying it on the model and rubbing immediately. I don't notice any shine. The spray is also terrible... it sputters all the way. They didn't include a ball bearing inside the spray can either.

You spray onto a soft cloth, and rub the body. It should have the same effect as Tamiya Modeling Wax, which is mainly to protect the paint or clear coat.

Some wax questions..
Can clear parts be waxed, or do I have to be very careful to avoid them when going over the body with wax? Will Mr Wax help cover up microscratches in clear parts?
Do I wax the body then apply Tamiya's adhesive metal stickers, or apply the stickers and wax over them?

You can wax clear parts, assuming the wax contains no strong agents.
I'd wax over the stickers.
I'd wax over the stickers.

It's expired, my friend. Gunze had been stop doing Mr.Wax for donkey years... Look at the logo on the bottle, is the old type, isn't it? That's what Rubbing compound came in...
