That's not my engine, but exact same layout. The hose/connector goes from the intake and snakes around to the rear valve cover.

That is part of the PCV system.
A dealer part most likly...
Not sure what the # is but you can look in the Tips & Maintenance subforum (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=2148)parts list(s).
Not sure if its in the engine parts, or the emission parts...

Yeah, I figured I'd have to go to a dealer, but was hoping on the off-chance a local parts place would have it.
Now, I vaguely recall a connector being attached to it. Been so long ago, though I honestly don't remember. The IAT is connected elsewhere, correct (I seem to think somewhere around the MAF or TB)? So, the hose would connect one end to the rear valve cover and the other end directly to the rubber tubing between the MAF and TB, right? As it is now, I have a little wire cap plugging the hole.

the IAT is right below(on the side of the air intake tube) the fitting you have circled.
If you need it replaced goto your local parts store and find a hose that would work. The stealership can be pricey!
If the elbow fitting is broke that can be picked up also at a part store.

Two plugs going into the TB. I know one is TPS, but what is the other? (Don't poke fun at my ghetto-yellow plug!)

The only plugged in wires are the two going to the TB and one to the MAF. I looked around the driver side of the engine bay and could find no unplugged wires or sensors without a home, so I'm guessing everything will be in order once I get the valve-cover-to-spot-where-yellow-plug-is-now tube, yes?

the IAT is in the acordian part of the hose on the side facing the firewall.
Two wires, coming from the MAF harness in a grey holder. I can see it in your top pic almost.
The IAC is the fat round sensor on top of the TB, the TPS is under the IAC looking at your pics.

Well, I found it, finally. It turns out I must have thought it best to completely conceal it underneath a bundle of other wires. I was looking for like five minutes in every nook and crevice, and was about to say screw it when I just happened to glance directly at it. Odd part is, I never would have found it otherwise!
Anyway, I pulled off the WAI, and drilled a hole into the rubber (fernco all the way baby!). It's a very snug fit, but it's probably better that way since I don't have the grommet anymore.
Found this pic on the web. XI, I figured it would be something you'd maybe want to have to add to your uberness. Thanks again for everything!
