need advice on subs/speakers

hey guys i just purchased an 800w pioneer amp and just have stock speakers in my cavi right now...i was wondering what wattage of speakers and subs i could run in my car with the 800w amp. any advice will help im just kind of blind in this area with an amp and dont know what to get next...thanks!!
