rear ride level control,

I have an air compressor under the hood that runs all day. I need the air shocks for the back, so I umplugged the compressor so my battery wont go dead. Can I take out the compressor and install regular shocks, or get the air shocks like it came from the factory? Please let mr know somthing.:smile:
