I have 102,000 miles on my gtp and it is in excellent condition.
I have been shopping around for a newer vehicle but the best "deal" I could get from a dealer is $2500.
I feel like I'm being ripped off.
KBB says around $3400
Anyone have any thoughts???

If a dealer lowballs that badly it usually means that they really don't want the vehicle. Your best bet would be to sell it privately . If you don't want to do that then you need to find a dealer that wants the car. Maybe try a Pontiac, or any GM dealer. That car would be worth 2 to 3 times that trade in offer in this are, as a private sale that is.

Try www.nada.com. you can put in the specifics of your vehicle, and find out what it's worth.

Put it out on eBay. Cragslist. Might get lucky and get $3-3.5K depending on what kind of shape it's in. Maybe not. Good luck.

They told me since it was a GTP it takes premium fuel and nobody wants to pay more for gas than they have to. He said it wouldn't sell for a while. They guy was a jerk.

That is funny. He was trying to work you. That car should sell fairly easily for $4500-$5000.

I agree. And about that premium fuel thing, if someone is looking for a fast car with a supercharger, they would most likely know that it takes premium fuel so that wouldn't matter to them.
