Beowulf

Just saw the 3d version. I thought it was alright. I havent seen a CG movie in a while and I was amazed at the realism. Sometimes it looks completley real. Pretty amazing.

yea i saw it on wednesday and it was extremely entertaining. i don't know how it compares to the book, i haven't read it yet, but it was a fun 2hrs and it had really cool effects. the story's pretty good and it's got plenty of gore for the action buffs.

word of caution, this movie was made for 3d, it might not be nearly as good on the regular screen, i highly recommend seeing this in 3d because some of the shots are breath taking and the action scenes almost feel real.

everyone is telling me i have to go and see this in 3-D. they say the movie isnt very good, but the 3-D/effects are worth the watch.

You think it was good CG? YOu living in a fantasy worl my man. Final Fanyasy had better graphics and so does any computer game now showing movies such as Starcraft or Halo. The commercials sucked at advertising this movie. The graphics were horrible and the dialouge could have been written by a kid from what I heard.

true, the cg wasn't excellent but i found it very cool to watch with the 3d stuff goin on. i doubt it would be very good without it. it was entertaining as an action movie, but you're right, it's not very well written at all. i found angelina jolie was the worst one of them all, she looked the most cg'd and i think they should have done a better job with her.
