ok i recently bought a 84 fiero 4spd. and it wont allow you to shift gears while the engine is running....one guy told me my fly wheel was stuck but i dont know......any ideas?

What exactly do you mean? When you depress the clutch pedal, what does it feel like? Can you start the car "in gear" without it trying to move? Need much more detail.

NOTE: If your engine runs,your flywheel is NOT "stuck". Perhaps he meant the disc has "rusted" to the flywheel, and won't release.

Probably just a weak master/slave cylinder. More details, of course, will be helpful. Good Luck.
