305 swap questions

First of all dont tell me to get a 350, u can make power with almost any motor,now i was wondering if anyones done the swap with a 5 spd. Tranny i was gonna use one from a 4.3 v6 since its cheap and the 4.3 is a 350 missing 2 cyls, so it should be the same bolt pattern for th bell housing.Also how hard it is to bolt in an s10 rear? I know im gonna need a custom driveshaft.And does anyone know where i can buy mounts or a site that shows some homemade mounts? and how hard will it be to adapt the speedo cable?
