1990 Cutless Supreme Power Steering Issues

I have a 1990 Cutless Supreme that was handed down to me by my grandfather......The steering on it making a loud noise, especially when I try to parallel park. It is leaking steering fluid as I just filled it up 2 days ago and have noticed the leak spots underneath the car. Is there something fairly simple I can do or is something you think that might cost me tons of money (I don't have) ? I love the car and its been good to me so far.......just hate that this is happening now :shakehead

Well first you'll need to find out whats leaking...

If its a hose leaking it'll need replaced.
Or if it is the rack & pinion or power steering pump that would need repaired as well.

Also if you run the PS pump dry it'll srcew up the rack & pinion.
