You really want your car to sound like that?!?! In my opinion they sounded like crap, but to each their own.
Anyhow; I have no idea, but perhaps by bumping this back up someone that does might see it.

considering that the cars in the movie... and since there is only one that is that ricey (f&f)
the cars were turbo supposedly. they wouldn't have sounded like that. but hey... who am i.
get a cheap muffler, have the exhaust shop not install a resonator, and then get a ton of money saved to pay for tickets for noise violations.
have fun.
and come on... there are tons of movies with chase scenes. some of us are cultured and watch things other than that horrible movie.
