My wife has an 04 Honda Accord and the other day the left side turn signal would not work. The greeen arrow on the instrument panel will no longer light up either. Same result when you turn on the hazards. Left side is DEAD! However, when you use the remote to unlock the doors, the bulbs illuminate as if nothing is wrong indicating that all the bulbs are functional plus they have been checked as well. Furthermore, I put a meter on the rear left turn signal and it showed no life. What and where is the problem?

This looks like a classic conditon of a bad bulb. I would start with a new one.
Since you said that you tested output with a meter, look for a bad contact or a broken wire.
It may also be a bad ground.
Good luck,
Sam

Well, both bulbs, front and back work. And the bulbs will light up when I hit the remote to unlock the car which means that the wires can't be damaged, right. Could it be some type of fuse, relay, etc. that I am missing. I didn't see a fuse though for the turn signals?

But I still do not think that this is a fuse prolem. It does not hurt to check them though.
Some bulbs have two filaments. If it works when you lock your car there is still a possibity that the over filament is dead. That is why I suggested to try a brand new bulb.
Good luck,
Sam

It was a $6 relay according to the mechanic. Bulbs were fine. Pass this info along.
