99 Avenger-#1 fuse keeps blowing-fried computer-help

i have to find where short is coming from without spending a fortune in labor. got any suggestions?:shakehead

has it fried the CPU alrdy? if it has, looks like alot of money... and which fuse is "#1" fuse "ECM"? let us have a little more info on these things ty suggestion: after market: alarms/stereos can be problems if not properly installed

computer was fried-replaced it with one from a wrecked vehicle .
