Please help

My GF has a 93 paseo, when she stops or slows it stalls, some times its easy to re-start, usually not. :shakehead It was sugusted that it was the ECU, replaced the ECU twice, :banghead: Was sugusted vaccume, looked and looked...didnt find any thing, also when the A/C is switched on it stalls even worse:uhoh: . Ive mostly given up, We also took it to one mechanic who spent a week and gave up..no charge thankfully.
