87 fiero gt

hey i was jus wondering wat is the best way to fix this, my car while driving sometimes feels lik theres a problem with the clutch or axile im not sure but while driving it jerks but not bad it just looses its forward power for lik a secon or half a second and then its ok but it does it all the time and the rpm is the same the whole time so its no motor issue ?? duz anyone know wat this is ???
