cpi injection problem

I recently took off the upper intake off my 94 s10 4.3 cpi to clean out the egr valve and I noticed that one side was "wet" and the other side "dry" now I just replased the feul pressure regulator any other sugestions to what it could be hopefully its not the injector and nut kit like ive heard:screwy:
