Well considering your 19 if the cop smelled any alcohol on you, you would be screwed. Drinking and driving is very stupid and working in a emergency department see lots of accidents because of drinking and driving.

Use your fucking head, you could have killed someone or a whole family.

and i had 2 passed out ppl in the car which everyone said i should drive home because i did wait a few hours. thats where the smell came from.

I tell ya what, I've had many of bad experiences from drinking. But I am always smart enough to ditch my car keys before hand or ride with a DD... Drunk driving is a terrible idea. One of my really good friends from high school landed himself 3 DUI's before he was even 21 and it put a major cramp on his life. He is getting himself back together kind of, but still none the less, it was a bad idea... Unfortunately I hope you learned the hard way from this situation... :disappoin
