New Timing Belt...

i just got my timing belt,tension pully, idler pully, water pump, cam shaft seal, air cond belt, alternator belt replaced on my 1998 sebring coupe lxi.... when i turn it on it squeels real loud for a couple of seconds around 45 se or more then if i turn on my air (heat) it squeels even more... what the hell can this be, i think either two things: belts to tight or loose OR the belts needs to set in?
