I was wondering where i should get a CAI for my 99 GA and how much do they typically cost?

If you have the 3.4L you can get just about any one on ebay.

They're about $50 - $100. Should be fine as long as you get one from someone with good feedback. There's also expensive ones out there like Doctor Speed (http://www.doctorspeed.com/grand_am/grand-am-intakes.html) but they're much more expensive and they all do about the same thing.
If you have the 2.4L 4cyl engine then it's a little more of a pain.

Also the 4cyl CAI's are more expensive, and harder to find.
