02 Tahoe rough idle when cold

My tahoe has been idling rough when the engine is cold and has even stalled at a light. It got to the point that i had to keep one foot on the brake and one foot on the gas while stopped. I changed the mass air flow sensor and it is about 80% better but it still stutters a little when it's cold. Any ideas?
