Interior Trim Respray

Like many of you others here i am going to be redoing my interior trim hopefully soon. But i need to know exactly how to do it first. So any tips will be nice. At the moment i plan on fixing the door trims as they are older and have a few scratches and the paint is worn.

If you would like to see more pics of my car to get an idea of what i want exactly u can go to car domain under this LINK (http://www.cardomain.com/member_pages/view_page.pl?page_id=252388&make_type_query=make%3DFord&model_brand_query=model%3DFalcon&tree=Ford%20Falcon)

You can also see from some of my pics that i have already done some minor modifications... minor cause i dont have much money to work with. So cost is an issue for me.
My interior is vinyl so any recommendations for spraying vinyl would be nice.

Also i thought i should mention that i am also undertaking a project in my car to place a clear perspex panel saying the word ford in the trim and i will be placing a neon behing the door trim to make it glow in the night....if i get around to it.

Any info will be great ppl!!....Oh and thx for lettin me join..this is my first post!:D :D
