2001 neon, low gear problem??

I got a 2001 LE neon, when I stop in a red light, the RPM would go down and engine feels as if it´s going to stop, (but does not), and it also happens when i´m in a parking position and go to drive and at the same time I turn the wheels all the way to either side,:banghead: any possible information will be useful!!!

When was the last time you had a tune-up? When at idle the engine should rev up a little when turning the wheel side to side.

That´s a good question, I had a tune-up (In the agency) few days before it begun with the problem, and yes I remember that previous to this the engine would rev up a little when turning the wheel side to side, but at this moment the sensation was multiplied times 10.
